Ripplo provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows users to:

  • Connect and integrate with various third-party services
  • Schedule and manage automated workflows

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is structured as follows:

  • Free Plan: Up to 3 workflows with basic features
  • Builder Plan: Up to 200 workflows with advanced features
  • professional Plan: Unlimited workflows with all features
  • $29/month for paid plans
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring your workflows comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Managing your integrations and API connections responsibly
  • Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Respecting the usage limits of your subscription plan

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data:

  • All workflow data and credentials are encrypted
  • We follow industry best practices for security
  • We only collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You retain ownership of your workflows and data
  • We process data in real-time and do not store sensitive information

6. Service Availability and AI

Regarding our service and AI capabilities:

  • We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
  • AI-generated workflows are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We may perform maintenance with advance notice
  • Service quality may vary based on third-party integrations
  • We are not liable for any damages due to service interruptions or AI-generated content

7. Third-Party Integrations

Regarding third-party services:

  • You must comply with all third-party terms of service
  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability
  • Integration functionality may change based on third-party APIs
  • You are responsible for maintaining necessary API credentials

TikTok Integrations

Our platform integrates with TikTok services. When using TikTok-related features, you agree to:

  • TikTok Login Kit: Allows users to authenticate using their TikTok credentials. This integration facilitates account creation and login via TikTok's authentication system. When using this feature, your TikTok profile information may be shared with Ripplo according to the permissions you grant.
  • TikTok Content Posting API: Enables automated posting of content to TikTok through our workflow automation platform. This integration allows you to schedule and publish content to your TikTok account. You remain responsible for all content posted through this integration and must ensure it complies with TikTok's terms of service.
  • Acknowledge that TikTok integrations are subject to change based on TikTok's API policies
  • Understand that Ripplo does not guarantee the continuous availability of TikTok integrations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service:

  • For violation of these terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For excessive or abusive usage of the platform
  • At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
